- In family law cases routinely obtaining positive results for clients during both divorce and post judgment proceedings, including having a client be awarded parenting time after 11 years of not seeing his children.
- Represented clients in civil litigation and workers’ compensation; individuals, insurers, their insureds and self-insureds
- As substituted counsel negotiated a successful reopening of discovery for trial and negotiated a successful settlement within acceptable range of the client in a wrongful death case.
